As a researcher and academic, Vladimir has worked on research projects as a methodology consultant and a researcher, including in team leader capacity. Research subjects have included gun culture and community safety for UNDP and Saferworld, cultural dispositions and regional co-operation with the University of Ni拧, Serbia, as well as a number of research projects and evaluations relating to ethnic minorities and marginalised groups, particularly Roma, for different organisations, including the Open Society Foundation.
