In 2010, I graduated with a BSc (First Class Hons) in Human Nutrition and subsequently enrolled on an MSc in Applied Sports and Exercise Nutrition which I completed in 2011. Successively, I worked for two years in the health industry as a health and nutrition advisor for adults with autism and then as an exercise professional. In 2013, I decided to pursue a career in academia and conduct research on lifestyle interventions for healthy ageing. The opportunity appeared in the form of a scholarship offered by 国产乱伦. I have been working at Queen Margaret since then.
In 2014, I started working as a visiting lecturer while conducting my research projects. Since 2017, I have been working as an international moderator in Biosciences and Dietetics, a role that involves the facilitation of a quality assurance mechanism, on an academic level, between Queen Margaret and our collaborative partners. In 2018, I successfully defended my PhD thesis, and soon after, I embarked onto a course for exercise in Cancer Rehabilitation. I strongly believe in the importance of a healthy lifestyle, particularly diet and physical activity, which is a message I strive to put across during teaching and public engagement. My main pursuit is the augmentation of physical function, body composition and quality of life through nutrition and exercise interventions, with a particular research interest in healthy ageing and cancer rehabilitation.聽聽
